Hi! I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!
Today's challenge is actually one of my favorite things to do that changed my life. For this challenge, you're going to think about 5 positive ways you want to change your life. Then, write them in "I am ___________ phrases" on note cards and tape them around your mirror or on your wall so you can see them. Then, I want you to read them daily throughout the rest of the challenge and until you make them happen.
Examples of this might include things like: I am earning six figures a year. I am coaching at a live event in California. I am sharing my next published book at an Author's Event. I am on vacation in Hawaii. I am driving my new car. I am creating an amazing marriage.
The more specific you can be with these, the better!
When you give yourself actual things to work towards, you will work to find out how you can make them happen. Your mind will work to make solutions happen because you have increased your awareness of the problems you want to solve.
When I had a note card saying I am wearing a new dress because I am 2 sizes smaller, I made that happen through my exercise and food choices because I was having attention and awareness focused on that daily. When I had a note card saying I am visiting Italy with my family for our 20 year anniversary, we made that happen through our business and planning. It's so much fun to see what you can do with this!
Then, as you actually achieve the note cards you put up, you can tape them in your Daily Success Journal to keep track of the evidence of your success and wins. This is building tangible evidence for you as you see how you are turning your challenges into successes!
Okay, so again today's challenge is for you to think about 5 positive ways you want to change your life, then write them in "I am __________ phrases" on note cards and tape them around your mirror or on your wall so you can see them. You'll be reading them daily throughout the rest of the challenge and until you achieve them.
You are doing amazing things in your life! Keep going and I look forward to seeing you on the next challenge.
