Challenge #43: HELP!. . . | Click To Read More . . .

Hi!  I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!

So for today's challenge, I want you to make a list of all the places in your life where you need more help.  Then, find one specific place you want to change and research a person or program that could give you the information you need to make a change in that area .

Now some examples might be, you have some chronic condition and you want to finally get to the root of the issue.  Or, maybe you've always wanted to start your own business but you just don't know how.  You might even want to learn a new skill or talent to make your life better like typing, learning a second language, or creating your own blog.

Whatever it is, I want you to take the time to do this today so that you are aware that solutions do exist for things in your life.  It's going to help you feel more empowered, you're going to learn something just from doing some research, and you're going to learn something about yourself as you really identify what areas of your life you would like to improve.

Just being aware of the ways that we need help will often bring solutions into our life.

After my son was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, it pushed me to research endocrinologists, studies that we could participate in to advance work for a cure and better technology and I found grief and support groups as well.  I never would have throught I needed that until I was faced with this challenge that was really hard for me.  As I addressed the things I could really do something about, my life got better and I want your life to get better too.

So, that's what your challenge is for today:  make a list of all the places in your life where you need more help.  Then, find one specific place you want to change and research a person or program that could give you the information you need to make a change in that area.  You're welcome to check out any of the other programs on our page to see if any of our resources or programs sound like something you need, too.

I'm so proud of you and love working with you through this challenge and seeing your progress.  Keep up the great work and I'll see you tomorrow for the next challenge.
