Hi!  I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!

 

So, today's challenge is to eat breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast today.  Either way, reverse your day and notice any differences or changes you experience.  Write down how you feel about this challenge in your Success Journal and what you did with it.

 

Now, this might not seem like a very complicated challenge, but it's going to help increase your ability to change, adapt, and see that you can take control of your life and your decisions.  You don't always have to do everything by the book.

 

For me, I used to work late nights writing and creating art.  I did enjoy breakfast food, but I never woke up early enough to eat it, so I would always find myself eating the same lunch or dinner choices. 

 

I started occasionally putting in some breakfast for dinner nights and my family loved it.  Having omelettes before bed was a great way to add in some protein and fruit and yogurt made for a healthy dessert.

 

So, that's your challenge today, eat breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast today.  Reverse your day and notice any differences or changes you experience.  If this was really hard for you, you might try to add in more changes to your life to help you adapt and bring in some new.  If it was really fun for you, do more of what you enjoy and add more joy to your life!
