Today's challenge is . . . To eat the same thing for every meal today. No cheating here. Pick one food and that is all you get to consume today (plus water of course) but you can eat as much of it as you want.
This challenge can be really fun and you'll be amazed at how much you learn about yourself.
If you have a food you are trying to quit eating, use that as your food for today. Otherwise pick a food that you like and single it out as the only one on the menu for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
This is a great challenge to get you to think a little more clearly about your decision making process and how you interact with your food.
The most important part of this challenge is to notice and record your feelings in your daily success journal. Your observations will tell you a lot about yourself if you go deep with this challenge.
So that's it, today's challenge is to eat the same thing for every meal today and record your feelings. This is a really fun one to share with us in the group so we can all see what you chose and what you learned.
