Okay, so today your challenge is to make a list of all the habits, behaviors, and situations in your life you would like to change in the next 3 years. While you're making this list, I want you to think about what will happen if you continue on your current path? Will these things get better or worse?
Now, some examples might be listing destructive things your doing that you know that aren't really good for you, that you would actually like to change.
Maybe that includes something you eat, drink or do that's not the best for your mind, body or spirit.
Then, think about what is going to happen if you continue doing those things.
Will your health or life get better or worse?
The reason I wanted you to make this list is because if you are aware of what's going on in your life, then you feel empowered to change your life for the better. If you have a reason to change and see the effects of your choices, you can stop destructive behaviors before you cause your life too much damage.
So, by doing this challenge, you are taking ownership of where you are at so you will be more prepared to find solutions and improve your life. From that baseline you can always go up!
If you want a bonus challenge today, you can seek out a positive solution to improve something on your list and get things going in the right direction.
