Hi!  I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!

 

Today your challenge is to change one behavior from something that hurts your health to something that makes you more healthy.

 

So, here are some examples:

 

I love to eat ice cream, but it's not really the best thing for me.  So, instead, I switched to having some yogurt with dark cherries for my occasional sweet tooth treat.

 

Or, maybe you love to drink soda, but you know it's really not that great for you.  So, maybe you switch to filling your ice water with lemons, limes and berries for flavor and help yourself actually feel better.

 

By just changing one thing in your life, you are setting yourself up for success.  If you can change one thing today, maybe you'll want to tackle another thing tomorrow  Keep looking for ways you can improve and know that it always starts with just one thing.

 

Okay, so that's your challenge for today:  change one behavior from something that hurts your health to something that makes you more healthy.
