Challenge #22 To Eat A New . . . | Click To Read More . . .

Hi!  I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!

Today your challenge is going to push you.  Are you ready?  You're going to eat a fruit or vegetable you've never tried before.  Record your reaction.  If it was a bad reaction, what would it have taken to make it a good reaction?  If it was a good reaction, what did you learn about your fear?

So, maybe you were a kid who didn't like broccoli or Brussel sprouts.

Or, maybe you've always wanted to try a coconut, passion fruit, or dragon fruit.

Well, here's your big chance!

I remember once our kids wanted to try rambutans.  They look like these hairy plums.  Crazy looking things!  But, when you open them up and eat the fruit inside, they taste like delicious concord grapes.  We all tried them and loved them!

We will never forget that experience at a farmer's market in Hollywood.  It was brave, fun, and hilarious!

This experience will help you see that just because things look great on the outside doesn't mean they always are on the inside.  The most unpleasant looking things are sometimes the best!

It will also give you courage, a fun story, a memory, and a great experience you can relate to because it is going to include all of your senses.  The more you can include your senses in your life, the more real and memorable your life will be!

Remember, today's challenge is:  Eat a fruit or vegetable you've never tried before.  Record your reaction.  If it was a bad reaction, what would it have taken to make it a good reaction?  If it was a good reaction, what did you learn about your fear?

We can't wait to hear what you tried!  Post it in the Facebook group with a picture if you can!  Journal your experience and we'll see you tomorrow for you next success challenge.
