Hi, I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!
Today your challenge is going to be interesting. I want you to look around where you are right now, and find something that is having an effect of you. You get to decide if it's a negative or a positive effect, but choose something. The second part of today's challenge is for you to change and be the one causing the effect on that item.
An example might be a pile of laundry that is sitting in a basket making you feel behind. You could fold it and notice that you are having a positive effect on your space and life by accomplishing something, creating a clean space, and having a feeling of success.
Another example might be noticing a plant in your room that is dry. If you take some responsibility for that plant and give it some water, you might see that you have a positive effect on it and it perks up. If you over water for a few days, you will have a negative effect on it and it will die.
This is important because as we are more aware of the effect things have on us and we have on them in life, we can see that we can make life happen for us and not against us.
So again, today's challenge is to look around your environment and find something that is having an effect on you and then create an effect on it.
