Hi, I'm Jon Gunzel and welcome to your next challenge!
Today your challenge is:
Throw away 1 thing you're sure you always needed, but you can really live without. In your journal, I want you to record how it feels to get rid of it. Also, write about why you were holding onto it in the first place and what you've gained being free of it.
Some examples of this might be:
That old decoration someone gave you that isn't your style but you've been holding onto it and you really would rather have the space it takes up.
Those skinny jeans that you wore in your pre kid life that are out of style.
That book that you've been meaning to read…20 years ago and haven't.
That collection of rocks, shells, cards, toys collecting dust under your bed.
Really think about this and look around your space.
As you open up room for more success in your life, it will find it's way to you.
By becoming more present and freeing up an open place to even look at, you are letting go of something in the past that is holding you back from making forward progress.
I know you're probably already thinking of things to get rid of so I'm going to let you get to it!
Remember, today's challenge is:
Throw away 1 thing you've sure you always needed you can really live without. If you choose to do more, that's up to you. Enjoy this step to space freedom and write what happens to you in your journal.
We look forward to seeing you tomorrow in your next step in the challenge!
