Lesson 6.2 - Communicate With Confidence | Click To Read More . . .

Hi! I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to the next lesson in the Stories To Success System!

In this lesson, we are going to help you really clarify what you are selling.  It is very important for you to know exactly what you are selling and to be able to communicate your offer with confidence and clarity.  Competence is the true key to confidence so let's dig in and help you understand what action steps you need to do to gain clarity and focus so you can communicate with ease.

{S2S Splash Intro}

So, throughout the Stories to Success System, you have dialed in your Purpose, identified your Ideal Client, you've got your stories and timing down for when to share them, you've created your products or services, and now it's time to deliver.

Today, you'll be completing a Success Action Planner to prepare for your program launch and I'll share that with you in a little bit.  By completing that Planner, it will help you to clarify your program, price it, pick your launch date, and you'll be ready to enroll your first clients.

You want to make sure that you know every step in you program down pat so that you can confidently communicate when the opportunity arises.

Now, it's important for you to be able to name the steps in your program or share the specific goals it will help your ideal client reach.

For example - working as an educational consultant, when I offered my training programs to teachers, these were the specific details:

Program Goals:  I would certify all teachers with 45 hours of Professional Development and they would  receive a Structure English Immersion Certificate by the end of our training.  I had the exact hours for the program requirements specified in my program steps.  By the end of the program, each teacher would be able to use hands on, visual, and effective communication strategies to help their non English Speakers gain English fluency in a year through reading, writing, and speaking strategies.

I was also able to show them how my program benefited all students because it was based on best teaching practices and student engagement.  I had real time data with pre and post assessments to show growth and testimonials from other teachers I had trained in various school districts.

The cost for individual teachers was $350.

Because I went through the requirements to become a state certified trainer, a consultant company hired me and paid me $14,000 for a weekend to do an on location training for their staff before school started.

I could effectively communicate my program, the benefits it would provide, and the costs, so they had CLARITY and took action to invest with me.

Your clients will invest in you, too, when you are clear and can share the outcomes they will get by working with you.

So, your action steps for today are:

  1. Complete the Success Action Planner to clarify your program, price it, pick your launch date, and prepare to launch your program.

  1. Think about your ideal pricing and packaging.  What are you comfortable charging?  Make sure you are delivering real value and price it at 10% of what the value is you are delivering.  For example.  If you are charging $2,000 for your program, make sure you deliver $20,000 worth of value.

It's go time!  You are putting together all of the pieces you need to successfully launch your first program, product, or service!  We are so proud of you!

It only gets better from here!

In the next lesson, we'll be teaching you how to create interest and enroll clients into your program with ease.

This is where you'll pull from your stories, confidence in your program, and where knowing your ideal client pays off.

Keep up the great work and I'll see you in the next lesson.
