Hi!  I'm Trina Gunzel and welcome to first lesson in the Stories To Success Effortless Enrollments Module.


In this module, we'll learn the ART of enrolling clients in their own vision and about coaching them to success.  We'll show you how to powerfully enroll clients easily and have you both feel great about it.


So, let's get started and unlock the power of enrollment.

Now, I want you to ask yourself right now, "How do I really feel about selling?"  If you love it, great!  We are going to use this time to teach you how to help even more people enroll in your program.


But, if you're like most people, you may not like selling or even HATE IT, based on your own experiences.


Did you know there is an ART to enrolling clients that you have to learn in order to get your products out to help others?  When you master this, your clients will be thanking you with their wallet because you are providing them not only what they want, but what they really NEED.


Alright, so you have worked hard to figure out your purpose, you know your ideal client, you have learned how to share your stories to inspire others to action, you have your personal brand ready, you have your products in place, and you have been preparing for this moment:  The enrollment conversation.


Now, you are already feeling more confident than ever for this essential piece of your business because you have built on a solid foundation based on your true purpose.


And remember, this enrollment conversation isn't about you at all.  Did you know that?  It's about serving your client and then they will thank you, by purchasing the solution to a problem, you provide.


We'll handle objections and the format of the enrollment script in another training, but you want to understand the fundamentals of the conversation so you can move ahead understanding THEIR vision.


You will end up having enrollment calls with potential clients offline and in person.  These will be amazing conversations with people you know are your ideal clients.  Later, when you want to scale your business, you'll want to learn how to attract a broader audience online, but you want to master this offline first.


And, the fundamentals are still the same, so let's get into those now.


During the conversation, you want to get to know them and listen to their business and personal needs.  Let them know that if you feel you can help them, you'll make them an offer at the end of the session (or call).  Then, you want to really help them get clear on their vision for the future.  Ask them questions like:  What would you like your life to look like 5 years from now? (and) What's keeping you from having that life right now?  Really listen to them throughout the conversation.  Write down their responses so you know what're really important to them.


This is a REAL human being with actual needs, hopes, desires, and feelings.  They are talking to you because they see value in you.  If you really listen and see your product can help them, share the details of the program that meet their specific needs.


Because it's THEIR vision, and you are presenting real solutions that speak to the needs they just shared, they will practically enroll themselves.


You are the guide who is providing the way for them to make their dream reality.   Help them figure out real solutions to these areas they will have problems with:





And the Accountability and organization to get it done


Helping someone create a vision for their life, providing real solutions, and confronting the deeper issues that are holding them back from having that life NOW is the real ART of enrollment.   


You see, it's not about you at all.  It's about serving your client.  It's about listening.  It's about bringing all of your experiences and life stories to the conversation so they know you are the guide to help them make their vision reality.  And, when they see value in what you have to offer, they will take action.


So, the action steps for today are:


  1. Think about and identify how you really feel about sales.


  1. Understand that it is more about serving your client and less about you.


  1. Write down your positive and negative experiences with sales.   Getting clear about how you approach sharing and your sales experiences is the first step in being open to serve others.  We will handle objections to sales later.



You are creating your ART of enrollment skills through this process.   Remember, it's not about you.   It's about helping someone see a bigger solution, and you being their guide to get there:

As a team, you build success.
